Raise funds for Casual Day & Your School or Tertiary Institution as part of our Special Programme!

Every year hundreds of Pre, Primary and High Schools show their support for persons with disabilities by participating in Casual Day. This year we are making the circle bigger by including tertiary institutions in our special programme whereby education institutions also raise funds for themselves at the same time.

First, you need to appoint a co-ordinator or become a co-ordinator – you can be a professor, principal, admin goddess, teacher or a learner. As the Casual Day ambassador at your place of learning, you will ensure that the management of the school, governing bodies, learners and parents are fully behind your efforts. You will order and receive our free pack of Casual Day promotional items (coming soon), which will be couriered to you in a handy kit long with your selected amount of stickers and merchandise. You will distribute these materials to your team, make sure the posters are put up and that your educators, associates and fellow learners get their Casual Day stickers for a donation of R20.

Everyone is encouraged to follow the theme, wearing the official Casual Day merchandise and sticker to indicate their support for persons with disabilities. Stickers are ordered on consignment (so order extra just in case). For every R20 sticker sold, your education institution keeps R4 of the donation (20% of all sticker donations). After Casual Day, a full recon is done and you simply return any unused stickers to our offices and deposit 80% of the money you have raised into our Casual Day account.  All admin forms and couriers are supplied in order to streamline the distribution and collection process.

Participate Virtually with our Personalised Digital Stickers

The DIGITAL STICKER WORKS: Now in its 4th year, generously developed by Accenture Digital, our innovative Personalised Digital Sticker is proving to be a success. Great for virtual inter-departmental or inter-school competitions to see who can raise the most funds.

Here’s how it works:

We assign you company-specific URL link/s (can also be department/school specific) that you can use to collect donations for Casual Day via the online Personalised Digital Sticker & Merchandise Shop pages on our website. This URL allows us to track and report comprehensively on all donations made by your institution  via this URL. Great for mailers, parent newsletters, web banners, social media & more.

If you need a bulk pack of Digital Stickers for your education institution, you can also send us a list of all your supporter names with an upfront donation payment and we will send you a folder of personalised Digital stickers for you to distribute internally via email or via your intranet or own school channels. Lists can be emailed to lucy.mbatha@casday.co.za.

After registration forms have been received, the Casual Day national office will promptly send you your REFERENCE NUMBER and the order forms for stickers and promotional items, which will contain all the materials necessary to ensure an awesome Casual Day campaign in your learning place (even remotely).
