This Photography and Video competition (the ‘Competition’) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (‘Conditions’) and by entering the Competition you agree to be bound by them.
1. This competition is run by The National Council of and for Persons with Disabilities (NPO-923) (Hereafter referred to as ‘The NCPD’) whose registered office is at 82 Andries Pretorius Road, Edenvale.
2. The prize is sponsored by MSC Cruising without limits.
3. The competition is open to all residents of South Africa, including persons with disabilities. Multiple entries are allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
4. Get your Digital Casual Day sticker at https://casualday.co.za/MSC and the digital sticker visibility in your Photograph or Video allows entry to this competition. We will request your purchase order number and email as proof of purchase.
5. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received or seen online for whatever reason.
7. Post your Digital Sticker on its own or with a photo or video and Tag any of the Casual Day Social Media Pages and MSC Cruising without limits
8. Tag 3 friends who you think are also deserving of this great prize.

Rules of the competition
1. The NCPD shall be entitled to assume that the parents or guardians of any entrant who is under 18 years old have consented to that person’s entry into the Competition. Entrants will be required to provide proof of identity and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate to The NCPD’s satisfaction that their parent or guardian has given their consent to such entry.
2. All entrants require valid Passports.
3. The NCPD reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it believes that an entrant has breached any of the Conditions, any applicable law (including without limitation copyright law) or has infringed the intellectual property of any other person. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Conditions may lead to The NCPD disqualifying that person, without The NCPD being required to give any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
4. Employees of NCPD, or any agents or employees are not eligible to enter the Competition.
5. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
6. The prize is a Cruise Ship cabin aboard the Musica, that is wheelchair accessible and valued at
R 26 146.00.
7. A Cabin for two Adults and (optional) two Children. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and is not transferable.
8. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
9. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook/X/Instagram/LinkedIn within 2 weeks of the closing date. The winner will only ever be contacted by the NCPD. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered.
11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. All entrants and winners agree to the use of their name/social media handle and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. The Winner will be announced via our website and social media channels.
15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The NCPD reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
